I’ve been grilling for a lot of years, so I thought that sharing some of my experiences with grilling may be both beneficial and educational.
The picture in the header is my grilling station. The grill is a 26” Capital Professional series. The top is Travertine and the drawer will hold about 30 pounds of charcoal. The base is cement block on a cement slab, covered with stucco and painted.
Until I had this built, I used Webber’s Kettle for longer then I can remember. Before that it was the $5.99 specials you threw out at the end of the season.
